Menuplan week #2, 2013
Monday: Homemade springrolls with a fresh green salad on the side
Wednesday: Salmon Filets over Couscous, served with cucumber sallad
Thursday: Paleo meatballs made of pork, with Zucchini Noodles, and a homemade tomatosauce
Friday: homemade glutenfree fishsticks, fried sweetpotatoes, ketchup, sallad
Saturday: grilled porkmeat, zucchini noodles, marinated mushrooms, and a green sallad
Sunday: Leftovermeat from saturday in a homemade stew, served with veggies and brown rice
As I look over it, I actually have almost everything, and thing I will only spend about 10 dollars in the store this week. Maybee I`ll need to stock up on more sallad-stuff, but the rest I have. Nice to know!

Will make something exiting for my kids lunchboxes this week too. I tend to make them sausages octopus once in a while, but this time I wil try with crabs too. So cute :)
